I rarely write reviews, but it's not even 6:30 in the morning and I felt compelled to put this together. Hands-down, this is one of the best bagels I've ever eaten in my life. I've been in New York, I've tried them throughout Boston, and this was just everything you wanted. Asiago bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese. Crusty, warm, soft in the middle—total package. The coffee is pretty darn good too!
A rich coffee smell greets you as you enter through the door. Had a lot of recommendations to go here for coffee, had to try this place and I was very pleased. Good coffee right here.
We love Motts! They have the best bagels and coffee, but better than that is their staff.

Have visited multiple times in the morning during August. There’s often a bit of a queue (line) but in general the staff can cope pretty quickly. The staff has been friendly and efficient during my interactions with them. The coffee is tasty. The prices seem reasonable. They don’t charge extra for oat milk, which is wonderful. I’ll happily return here. Recommended.
